From the Biddeford Daily Journal, October 22, 1923 - FR. NADEAU OFFICIATED. Funeral of Mrs. Dora Robida, wife of Thomas Robida, was held at 7 o'clock this morning from St. Joseph's church. Rev. Edouard Nadeau officiated at the service. There were many beautiful floral tributes. The pallbearers were Alfred, Donat, and E Croteau and Pierre Daigle. Interment was in the family lot at St. Joseph's cemetery.

According to my mother, Doris Bernier Robida, Dora was initially buried in one plot but due to a family squabble, was moved to an unknown location in the same cemetery. -bwr.

Notes for Leo Robida:

Leo is the Robida I visited at 137 Avenue Victor Hugo in Paris in 1945. He also had 3 daughters. Leo had 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. It was at Leo's apartment that I, Philip G. Robida, had my picture taken holding one of the guns given to one of the Robida boys in the service of Napoleon, and with the fly-page of the volume "19th Century-Albert Robida" open to the photo of Albert. I mistakenly tried to correspond with Leo on my return to the U.S., but writing to 125 Rue Victor Hugo instead of 137.

Michel was involved in the television industry for Paris television, initially in the sports department, later in charge of all sports casting for Paris TV.  He had no children.  He won a prize for literature in 1946.

Camille⁹ Robida (Albert⁸, Louis Jules⁷, Charles Alexis⁶, Jean Francois⁵, Jean Francois⁴, Jean³, Jean², Augustin¹), was born  in France, and died 1938 in France.  He was married but nothing is known about his wife.

Camille had 1 other child, 2 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren, 5 of which were male.   He was an architect.  He was seriously wounded in the 1914 war, suffering amputation of one leg.
